Do you take insurance?I offer self-pay and I accept some insurance. I currently accept Tri-care, Optum, Aetna, United Health Care, and VA Optum. If I am out of network for your insurance, I can furnish you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance to seek reimbursement.

How long do sessions last?Sessions last 55 minutes. It is important to arrive on time for all sessions to ensure there is enough time for a full session.

Do you charge a no-show/Cancelation fee?Yes, if you do not give at least 24-hour notice before cancelling, you will automatically be charged $100.

How frequent are sessions?Sessions are typically weekly to establish goals and necessary skills. As new coping skills are developed, it is common to decrease to bi-weekly sessions. If it is established during intake that more frequent sessions are necessary, I will make necessary referrals to ensure there is adequate care.

Do you offer Telehealth?Yes, I currently offer telehealth services through the Doxy platform.
